We are Park Avenue Neighborhood A community of neighbors who live, work and play in one of Tacoma’s Oldest Locales. Our mission is to improve our neighborhood by Preventing Crime, Promoting Neighborhood Beautification, and Providing Community Outreach. Our neighborhood partners include: Safe Streets Campaign, Tacoma Police Department, South End Neighborhood Council (SENCo), Tacoma CARES and Bethany United Methodist Church.
